TEEN GYM NIGHT & BONFIRE
All teens are invited for a special “Gym Night” that includes a Bonfire at the church! Come for the games, fun and friendship we’ll share at this night dedicated to our TEENS!

Midwest Food Bank
We are inviting all church members with a passion for community service to volunteer just 3 hours a month toward helping to collect, sort, pack and distribute food to those in our community who need help.
Please reach out to Joanne Anderson if you have an interest in helping this month on Wednesday, from 1 - 3.
Meet at the Foodbank located at: 220 Parkade Court, Peachtree City, GA 30269
A VOLUNTEER-BASED NATIONAL FOOD BANK
Midwest Food Bank volunteers are more than our hands and feet; they are fundamental to the success of our organization. We are structured to provide service opportunities and operate through the work of volunteers. They collect, sort, pack, and distribute food and disaster relief donations and remind us every day that our mission could not be achieved without them.
In 2022, more than 30,000 volunteers put in over 350,000 hours of service, the equivalent of over 175 full-time employees. The service of these dedicated volunteers allows Midwest Food Bank to operate efficiently while keeping administrative costs low. They gain the unique perspective that worldwide hunger is prevalent, and their efforts can make a difference.

Homeless Ministry
Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, “I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
Volunteers are WELCOME and needed!. This team serves the residents of Gateway Center, a transitional housing program that helps address the underlying barriers that prevent individuals and families from transitioning out of homelessness and into self-sufficiency. They provide many programs to aid their residents in this transition. Peachtree Hills SDA Church is honored to serve over 100 people each month a delicious meal prepared by our volunteers. Find out more about Gateway Center at: www.gatewayctr.org
If you’re interested in joining the team or even just volunteering occasionally, the team welcomes the help! Contact Tim Chamblee for more information: 404-357-1059

We will explore what happens when the answer to your prayer isn't always yes. Sometimes it's wait, and sometimes it’s a flat no. But even if Jesus doesn't answer your prayer exactly how you want, will you purpose in your heart to still call Jesus your Lord and Savior? Come be encouraged that EVEN IF the answer is no and your help is delayed, you will still be faithful to the One who holds you safely in His hands!
